foubography: Social Media Strategy

The development of the social media strategy for foubography stemmed from a clear recognition of the brand’s goals and target audience. The first step was to establish a cohesive email campaign that would engage potential clients and keep existing customers informed. I crafted a series of targeted newsletters highlighting our services, industry insights, and client success stories, ensuring that the content was both valuable and visually appealing.

Next, I focused on enhancing our online presence through a Google Business profile, which is critical for search engine optimisation (SEO). By accurately listing our services, location, and contact information, we increased visibility in local searches and made it easier for clients to find us.

For the social media platforms, I tailored individual strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. On Instagram, I emphasised vibrant visuals that showcase our photography and design work, using strategic hashtags and engaging stories to connect with our audience. The goal was to build a community around our brand, sharing behind-the-scenes content and celebrating client partnerships.

On LinkedIn, I adopted a more professional tone, sharing industry-specific articles, case studies, and insights into our services. This approach not only established foubography as a thought leader in music branding but also attracted potential collaborators and clients within the industry.

Lastly, on Pinterest, I created visually appealing boards that reflect our design aesthetic and showcase our completed projects. This platform serves as a visual portfolio and drives traffic back to our website, contributing to overall brand awareness.

Through a combination of these efforts, I was able to create a comprehensive social media strategy that not only promotes foubography but also builds a professional image that resonates with our target audience.

FOUBOGRAPHY BRANDING STRATEGY

Sarah Foubert

I’m a photographer and Squarespace web designer based in Altrincham, South Manchester. I specialise in portrait, landscape and opera photography and also offer a “complete website package” where I can offer headshots, photos of your business and design your new website so you can manage it yourself afterwards.

Over the years I’ve built a portfolio career as a professional photographer, opera singer, wardrobe assistant and singing teacher. I have a MMus from the RNCM, a Bachelor in Theatre Sciences and Musicology from Ghent University and I’m a qualified teacher. When my son was born in 2021 I quickly realised that an opera career wasn’t as compatible with being a mum as much as I would like, so I decided to change my focus completely to photography and web design.

I prefer working with daylight in casual surroundings while having a chat making sure you’re at ease and relaxed. It’s the little moments in between that make the best shots!

Feel free to get in touch if you’d like to work with me!
