Terms of service for Photography Bookings
Once you have messaged me to book in a session, or have booked in a session via the website, you will receive a email as confirmation from the scheduling service Acuity where you will be asked to pay the deposit of 10%. Once I’ve received the deposit, the booking will then be considered Confirmed.
Once you have made a booking for a specific time and date and this date/time has been Confirmed, I will not accept any other work from other clients for those times and dates;
As a result, once a booking is Confirmed, if it is subsequently cancelled 48 hours before the confirmed date, you will lose your deposit. In addition to this cancellation fee, the client will be charged for any expenses already incurred by me.
Rescheduling is possible up to 48hours before the confirmed date. Your deposit will move to the new date, but the client will be charged for any travel expenses already incurred by me.
Travel expsenses are not included in the price and will be charged on top of the fee.
